3 days in-office (Kingswood House, Cannock) + 2 days WFH.

What you’ll be doing;
Manage multi-channel bid communications (shared inbox, Salesforce/Chatter, client portals), triaging queries and prioritising actions to support timely responses
Own completion and submission of Supplier Questionnaires through SQ/PQQ stages, ensuring full compliance with customer requirements and deadlines
Provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support for tenders and proposals, including scheduling, minutes, document control and submission readiness
Support development of high-quality client-facing documents through proofreading, editing, formatting and ensuring brand/visual consistency
Maintain and continually improve the Bid Team Library, supporting knowledge sharing, debriefs and lessons learned
Ensure all client communications, clarifications and submissions are accurate, professional, and appropriately reflect sustainability messaging
What we're looking for;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and a customer-centric approach
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, demonstrating sound judgement and attention to detail
Experience in an administrative/coordinator role within bids, proposals, sales support or a similar work-winning environment
Confident using digital collaboration tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) and the Google Suite
A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to support and coach colleagues on best practice processes
Qualifications: GCSEs/A-levels (English & Maths at grade C/4+ or equivalent) and/or relevant study in Business/Marketing/Project Management; APMP Foundation and/or project management experience desirable
