You will next need to complete strengths based assessments, which will help us identify and leverage your natural talents and strengths.

Virtual Assessment Day
If you are shortlisted at this stage, you will next be invited to a virtual assessment day. Here, you will be able to demonstrate your passion for joining us and find out more about the roles we have on offer, as well as our apprentice programmes.

Meet the team and a site visit
If you are successful at the virtual assessment stage, you will be invited for an informal ‘meet and greet’ at one of our sites Here, you will meet our teams and see where you’ll be working.
