Salary: £29k to £31K per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri

Location: 1 Masterton Park, South Castle Drive, Dunfermline, KY11 8NX

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing comprehensive and confidential administrative and organisational support to the Regional Director, and the IWE North Region team

  • Be responsible for the day to day management of the Dunfermline office, managing office supplies, contractor access, fire and water testing, cleaning etc.

  • Champion office wellbeing by supporting all office workers, through the provision of a clean, well managed office environment

  • Maintain key registers for the region (e.g fire wardens, first aiders, suppliers, vans, fob holders etc) 


 

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to pass DBS check

  • Willingness to occasionally drive to other local offices 

  • Experienced Office Administrator / Manager
