Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri
Location: Stevenage Airbus, Gunnels Wood Rd, Stevenage SG1 2AS

The Switchboard Operator answers incoming calls to the main company switchboard number, directing them to the appropriate person or department within the organisation. They are also responsible for taking messages and relaying information as required.

What you'll be doing:
Answer all incoming calls to the main company switchboard number in a professional manner
Direct calls to the appropriate person or department within the organisation
Take messages and relay information as required
Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
Keep accurate records of calls received and actions taken
Assist with the distribution of incoming mail and packages
Other administrative duties as assigned by management
What we're looking for:
Ability to pass DBS check
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of attention to detail and strong IT skills
Experience in a similar role preferred
