What you’ll be doing;
Act as site receptionist, managing incoming calls and queries, ensuring they are passed to the relevant team
Compliance with all business policies and procedures (to include GDPR and H&S)
Provide administrative support to colleagues and undertake such duties that may be assigned by line management
Utilise the company VMS for internal & external processes as required to ensure consistency
Data entry to various systems as required
General filing and daily administration tasks
Support the booking and arranging of training for operatives via SABA (training platform)
Gain an understanding of systems used within the business to support other team members where required (Workday, Infor, AVA, ELEMOS, etc)
Use of Tranman, arranging inspections on the mobile plant and updating the certificates onto the system.
What we're looking for;
Essential
Computer literate
Time management skills
Ability to take direction and act as part of a wider team
Desirable
Driving license (due to location)
Previous experience in an administration role
Ability to communicate with a variety of people from various backgrounds
