What you’ll be doing;
Supervise the operation of the Tipping Hall whilst wearing appropriate PPE and following safety protocols.
Move, load, and monitor waste, reporting any contamination or non-compliance
Conduct pre-use vehicle inspections and report defects
Report all service, safety and environmental concerns.
Use two-way radio to stay in communication with team members
Work collaboratively with site team, visitors, and contractors
Follow VMR Toolkit guidelines and assist in efficient ERF operations
Carry out other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by management
What we're looking for;
Proven experience in operational or industrial environments.
Strong teamwork abilities and excellent communication skills.
A proactive and positive approach to work responsibilities.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Mobile plant operation experience and valid driving license (advantageous).
