Salary: between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus, access to a company van, and Veolia benefits

Hours: 40h per week, 8:00AM to 4.30PM, Monday to Friday

Location: Tidworth, but will require travel to our sites in the South region

What you'll be doing;

  • Working in and around MOD sites, working in high security areas with special access

  • Operation and maintenance of water treatment works, storage reservoirs, booster stations, water abstraction process and potable water network

  • Monthly PPMs

  • Identifying and responding to leaks and bursts

  • Monitoring potable water network for flow, pressure, leakage etc

  • Preparation of reports

  • Water Quality sampling

  • Potential member of out-of hours standby arrangements

This role involves working outside in all weather and you must be able to respond to and resolve emergency situations.

What we're looking for;

  • Qualification/Experience in water treatment operation or a wealth of experience within clean water operations environment

  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory aspects within the water industry, particularly in relation to water quality

  • Valve/network control and isolation operations

  • Water quality sampling experience

  • Water regulations inspector (certified)

  • Water hygiene (EUSR)

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.

This position is suited to an individual that is looking to develop their Technician skills, delivering operational performance of process operation.
