Salary: £32,689.74 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week , Monday to Friday

Weekly Shift Rota, 06:00am - 02:00pm or 01:45pm - 09:45pm

What you'll be doing;

• Understand and use the SCADA system and independently fault find and rectify issues via this and the plant’s equipment. 

• Communicate clear instructions and information to MBT operatives to support operations and high emphasis will be placed on the plant availability and the performance of the biological  process

• Conduct scheduled physical inspections in accordance with company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) procedures

• Carry out operational Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) checks and report findings with the shift supervisor and maintenance supervisor

• Record all defects and findings accordingly and assist with KPI data entry

• Provide line management with specialist knowledge and hands on expertise rectifying and preventing problems such as equipment failure, material blockages and biological process inefficiencies

• Prepare both facilities for daily operation and carry out necessary prestart equipment checks in conjunction with the shift supervisor.

What we're looking for;

Essential

• Experience with SCADA systems.

• Strong understanding of Plant performance.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Compliance & Safety oriented.

Desirable

• Prior experience in the Waste industry
