What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor energy consumption across operational buildings and deliver monthly/annual M&V reports

  • Identify and develop cost-effective Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) with business cases

  • Lead Energy Performance Contract delivery, ensuring savings meet contractual commitments

  • Present energy performance and savings projects at monthly client contract meetings

  • Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, and internal operational teams


 

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to pass DBS check

  • A qualified degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering or adequate demonstration of competencies

  • Strong understanding of energy systems (HVAC, CHP, BMS, controls) and Energy Management principles

  • Experience with Measurement & Verification and energy efficiency project delivery

  • Proficient in data analysis using MS/Google spreadsheets with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
