What you'll be doing;
We are seeking a dynamic Brand and Campaigns Manager to lead Veolia UK's brand narrative and visual identity across internal and external channels. This strategic role involves managing brand budgets, implementing data-driven campaigns aligned with corporate strategy, and driving brand positioning through competitive analysis and customer insights. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will oversee multi-channel brand communications, manage agency relationships, and deliver measurable results across diverse business units while ensuring consistent brand representation through training and persona development.
Collaborate with group brand teams and internal stakeholders to implement group brand strategy across Veolia UK
Provide brand guidelines for marketing collateral and embed consistent tone of voice across all content creation
Maintain and develop compelling customer personas in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams
Manage relationships with third-party providers, agencies and key business stakeholders
Lead and develop a Brand Content Executive to ensure tone of voice consistency and strategic execution
Serve as Veolia UK brand expert, implementing strategies aligned with UK marketing and group requirements
Develop core campaign propositions that generate awareness and collaborate with agencies on impactful brand campaigns
Manage brand surveys for B2B and B2C customers, producing annual/quarterly Brand Health and Brand Pulse reports
Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints and alignment with strategic brand narrative
Use consumer insights and brand positioning analysis to shape brand strategy and inform future campaigns
Establish brand KPIs and demonstrate ROI through reporting to Executive Committee level
Monitor industry trends, brand research and innovations while ensuring sustainability messaging is central to all campaigns
What we're looking for;
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Brand Management or related field, or CIM Level 4+ with MCIM status.
Extensive marketing experience, with further experience in brand management, brand marketing or marketing management.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment
Expert user of the Adobe Creative Suite to create a range of print and digital collateral (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
