Salary: 76k - 86k + Annual Bonus + Company Car / Allowance

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for the delivery of the client contract and compliance

• Direction and coordination of all aspects of the Energy Recovery Facility, liaising with the site Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager

• Drive high levels of contract performance

• Assist in establishing annual goals and objectives while supporting the strategy for the business unit

• Maintain profit and loss ratios

• Deliver operational efficiencies and cost-saving solutions

• Act with a large degree of autonomy

• Manage and support your teams to be the best that they can be

• Prepare annual budgets

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis

• Liaise with relevant experts within your region and across the business to design and implement technical solutions

• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement

• Communicate business objectives, performance and other matters of business to staff
   

What we're looking for:

• Previous technical experience from a continuous process background

• Degree, or equivalent in an engineering discipline

• Strong leadership skills

• Previous experience of working at a senior level

• Ability to successfully support and manage your teams by offering them guidance and taking a mentor approach to your direct reports

• Negotiating and influencing skills

• Strong commercial acumen

• Familiar with Industrial Health and safety compliance
