Workshop Administrator

Salary: £28,183.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits 

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Location:Croydon, CR0 3RL

What you'll be doing;

  • Upload service documentation onto the fleet system.

  • Book meetings, take minute meetings and resolve all customer queries.

  • Coordinate and control the maintenance activity and servicing schedules for the workshop.

  • Conduct visitor and contractor inductions.

  • Ensure all fleet vehicle files are maintained and accurate daily.

  • Carry out financial administration, invoicing and raise any purchase orders required.

The above are a summary of main duties only, other duties may be required to meet the changing nature of operational activities.

What we're looking for;

Essential:

  • Good computer skills, with demonstrable knowledge of Google business and with a desirable knowledge of Workday.

  • Previous administration experience

  • Numerate and literate to GCSE standards and possess an enthusiastic and meticulous approach to work.

  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to work alone, as well as part of a team.  


 

Desirable: 

  • Possession of technical knowledge of truck parts would also be considered an advantage as would previous experience in Waste Management Vehicles.

  • You must be willing to undertake any training required to learn new methods and skills.
