Salary - £30,000 per annum (rising to £32,000 after probation period) and Veolia benefits

Hours -  40 per week 

Rotating shift pattern consisting of days and nights followed by 18 days scheduled holiday. 

Location - Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 8JP / Remote Hybrid

What will you be doing?

• You will be responsible for being first in line speaking to engineers and customers on the telephone, investigating faults on our combined heat and power generators.

• Monitoring live alarms for our industrial assets (full training provided) 

• Completing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting 

• Using Google, Access and other BI tools to assess asset performance

• Supporting Veolia's crisis management process 

• Adhering to written procedures when carrying out tasks

Training is approximately the first six week

What are we looking for?

• Previous customer focus, call handling experience

• Good IT skills including excel / analysis 

• Problem solving experience 

• Analytical skills and mechanical engineering knowledge is an advantage
