Salary - £30,000 per annum (rising to £32,000 after probation period) and Veolia benefits
Hours - 40 per week
Rotating shift pattern consisting of days and nights followed by 18 days scheduled holiday.
Location - Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 8JP / Remote Hybrid

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for being first in line speaking to engineers and customers on the telephone, investigating faults on our combined heat and power generators.
Monitoring live alarms for our industrial assets (full training provided)
Completing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting
Using Google, Access and other BI tools to assess asset performance
Supporting Veolia's crisis management process
Adhering to written procedures when carrying out tasks
Training is approximately the first six week
What are we looking for?
Previous customer focus, call handling experience
Good IT skills including excel / analysis
Problem solving experience
Analytical skills and mechanical engineering knowledge is an advantage
