What you'll be doing;
Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal services
Handle internal and external customer queries while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
Provide accurate quotations and information to customers in a timely manner
Complete work within agreed team targets, from initial query to collection scheduling
Process legislative paperwork and ensure compliance with waste management regulations
Book transport, input waste details, and order labels while liaising with external sales team
Enter and maintain accurate data in the Salesforce system
Ensure service delivery is cost-effective while adhering to all Veolia policies and procedures
What we're looking for;
Previous customer service experience.
Computer literate
Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
Previous waste industry experience.
Knowledge Salesforce systems
