What you'll be doing;
Support the delivery of small to medium projects on municipal wastewater and bioresource treatment sites within the Omega PFI contract across sites in Northern Ireland, from Belfast to Armagh.
Defining the scope of works, costing, designing, working with others and delivering to tight timescales.
Support the Programme Manager responsible for the delivery of valued added solutions for beneficial use for the operational teams and ensuring Veolia meets our client’s needs.
Supervise contractors and at times site staff.
Recommend solutions that meet the project brief and convey these with the Programme Manager.
Participate actively in asset planning and delivery routine by providing input and gathering data for yearly reporting and database update
Conduct annual individual Asset Condition and criticality assessment and updating database
Provide data for new assets and update existing asset registers with such data then interface with EAM VAMS system, Sinapse and HxGNtools.
What we're looking for;
Engineering related formal qualification
At least 2 years working in a project environment
Experience in on site engineering or project management
Experience of managing a programme of projects
Previous experience of management of contractors
IOSH Managing safely or equivalent
Negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
APM/Prince Qualification would be beneficial
Wastewater experience would be beneficial
