What you'll be doing:
Manage a small team of performance administrators and provide indirect management to the wider team to support transition requirements
Plan and execute transition activities 3-6 months ahead, working closely with the contract manager
Meet with clients, deputize for the manager when needed, and develop strategies to ensure timely transition
Communicate across all levels of the business to manage tasks, highlight risks, and ensure deliverables are met
Develop and produce regular reports on transition progress
Maintain regular contact with customers, presenting a credible and professional image of Veolia
Create or adapt processes to support smooth handback/transition, collaborating with clients to meet mutual needs
What we're looking for:
Currently holding or able to pass Security Check (SC) clearance, a minimum of 5 years UK residency is required
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field would be ideal
Full UK Driving License
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
Strong administrative and project management competencies
Performance management, effective delegation, and strategic planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
Proven experience in project assistance or similar role
Knowledge of project management software, methodologies, and asset management (understanding of Water Industry advantageous)
