Salary: £42,611.18 per annum plus company van and Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Location: Based at Lossiemouth with travel across Northern Scotland and Scottish Islands as required

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated mobile team primarily focusing on MOD sites across Northern Scotland. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with your team members and customers. Each project brings its own unique requirements and challenges.

This role is wide-ranging and works closely with various departments to ensure maintenance work is carried out safely, promptly and cost effectively. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, rectifying and maintaining all associated wastewater plant equipment.

What you'll be doing;

  • Carry out maintenance and project work across various MOD sites in Northern Scotland

  • Work closely with team members and customers to deliver solutions to unique project requirements

  • Travel to different locations including Scottish Islands to complete assigned tasks

  • Collaborate with external clients on various projects

  • Manage Northern PFI project responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and qualification programs to enhance skills

  • Occasional overnight stays when working on certain projects


 

What we're looking for;

  • Electrical qualification to NVQ level 3 or greater

  • Must be able to attain a Ministry of Defence security clearance

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Fixed Wire Inspection Certification would be desirable

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge would be desirable
